1. Agreeing to these terms
These terms and conditions govern your use of the OLCO website at olco.com.au. By browsing the site, saving a shortlist or submitting an enquiry, you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed; continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
2. Who we are
OLCO (OneLink Construction) supplies construction materials factory-direct to builders, developers and procurement teams, working across Australia and Asia. On this page, “OLCO”, “we” and “us” refer to OneLink Construction and its related entities.
3. Using this website
The site exists to help you research materials and start a sourcing conversation with our team. You may browse the catalogue, download the resources we publish and submit enquiries for your own projects. You must not:
- scrape, bulk-download or republish catalogue data without our written permission;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site or its infrastructure;
- submit enquiries under a false identity or on behalf of a party you do not represent;
- use the site in any way that breaks applicable law.
4. Enquiries, shortlists and quotes
The catalogue, shortlist and request-for-quote tools are the start of a conversation — not a purchase. Submitting an enquiry or RFQ does not create a contract of supply, and does not oblige OLCO to supply any product.
Prices shown in the catalogue are indicative ranges based on recent factory pricing and typical order volumes. “Price on request” means exactly that. A supply agreement only comes into effect when a formal written quotation is issued by OLCO and accepted by you — that quotation, not this website, sets the final price, quantities, lead times and delivery terms.
5. Product information
Specifications in the catalogue — sizes, thicknesses, usable areas, finishes — summarise manufacturer data and are provided for shortlisting, not for construction documentation. Always verify the current datasheet and compliance certificates, which we supply with every formal quotation, before specifying a product.
Product photography is representative. Natural materials such as timber and stone vary batch to batch; we can arrange physical samples before you commit.
6. Intellectual property
The OLCO name, logo, photography and the design of this website are owned by or licensed to OLCO and may not be reproduced without written permission. Product codes, series names and manufacturer specifications remain the property of their respective owners.
7. Liability
The site is provided on an “as is” basis. To the extent permitted by law, OLCO is not liable for loss arising from reliance on indicative catalogue content, from site downtime, or from errors we correct once identified.
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee or right you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest continues in force.
